Yes! Every momo order comes with our authentic, house-made Nepali achar. It’s famously fiery, flavorful, and the perfect complement to your momo. If you can’t get enough, you also have the option to add an extra serving of achar to your order during checkout!
To guarantee maximum freshness, we prepare our momos in batches throughout the week based on incoming orders. This means some momos are made shortly before delivery, while others may be made a day in advance, flash-frozen immediately, and held at optimal temperature to lock in freshness.
We use a combination to ensure the best quality and texture for each type of momo. Our chicken momos use a premium premade wrapper, while our veg and beef momo wrappers are handmade in-house.
Our prices include a minimum delivery cost.
We partner with members of our Nepali community for deliveries. They work hard to keep costs low, and your tips go directly to them.
When you factor in delivery and the time you save, our prices can often be a better value for you.
Delivery & Service Area
We are currently in our early launch phase. Our prices include a minimum delivery cost. To ensure quality, we offer delivery everyday between 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm within Queens, and Long Island (Nassau County). We are working hard to expand our delivery zones and introduce daily delivery soon. Stay tuned for updates!
– Orders placed by 6:00 PM EST will be delivered the same day.
– Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be fulfilled and delivered the following day.

First and foremost, to make sure every momo arrives just as perfect as when it leaves our kitchen, we’re currently focusing deliveries in Queens and Long Island (Nassau County).
When we first launched in NYC, many customers didn’t tip, which meant our drivers weren’t earning even minimum wage. Rather than increase product prices or add extra fees while we’re still growing, we decided to pause NYC deliveries for now.
The good news is we’re working on improving our logistics and pricing. Stay tuned!
Order & Delivery Process
We’re still in our early stages, and while there’s no strict science behind it, we chose this window because most people are usually home from work and ready for dinner.
Because our momo are delivered frozen to ensure food safety, we require someone to be home to receive the order.
if needed we will call you before your scheduled delivery to confirm a delivery time window.
If we cannot confirm someone will be home, we will reschedule your delivery for the following weekend to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
Yes, you will receive multiple communications:
Order Confirmation Email: Sent automatically when you place your order.
Order Prep Notification: Sent when we begin preparing your specific order. Please note: Your payment is officially processed at this stage, not before.
Delivery Coordination: We will email and call you to arrange your delivery time once your momos are ready.
Yes, please make sure someone is available to receive the order on the day you place it or the following day. This helps us keep the momo fresh and ensures a smooth delivery.
Tipping is optional, but always appreciated! Every tip directly supports our drivers and makes a real difference for them.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Your payment information is collected and authorized at the time you place your order. However, your card is not charged until we actually begin preparing your momo. This way, you know your order is being made and your payment is only processed for fulfilled goods.
To cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the Friday 5:00 PM EST cutoff for your delivery weekend. We cannot make changes or cancellations after preparation has begun.
Other
Your momo will arrive frozen. For best results, keep them frozen until you are ready to cook. They can be steamed, pan-fried, or deep-fried directly from frozen. Do not thaw and refreeze.`

Yes! There are a few ways you can enjoy momo:
-Make them at home – Our top pick! It’s fun to get friends together and make momo as a group.
-Visit a Nepali restaurant in Queens – Prices usually range from $30–$35.
-Check your local grocery store – Some carry frozen momo.
These options may cost less than our momo if you don’t include delivery and the time you save by ordering from us.
